Terms & Conditions — bdbagg

To register and use the bdbagg Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or located in Bangladesh at the time of play.
• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of bdbagg.
• You are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable law or personal self-exclusion arrangement.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Any false information provided at registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms. bdbagg reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where false information is detected, and to withhold or forfeit any balance in that account pending investigation.

bdbagg is committed to operating a safe platform and complying with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. As part of this commitment, we may request the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:

• A valid government-issued national identity card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the past three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation from your bKash or Nagad registered mobile number).
• Source of funds documentation in cases of high-value transactions.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified in our request may result in account restriction and the suspension of withdrawal processing. KYC documents must be submitted by the account holder personally — submission by a third party will not be accepted.

All financial transactions on bdbagg are governed by the following conditions:

• Currency: All balances, transactions, and displayed amounts are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).
• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Supported deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, Mastercard.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and supported bank accounts registered in the name of the account holder.
• Processing times: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. Delays may occur during periods of high volume or additional verification requirements.
• Withdrawal to third parties: Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined.

bdbagg does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for checking your provider's fee schedule. We reserve the right to introduce transaction limits or processing fees at any time, with reasonable notice given to users via email or platform notification.

bdbagg offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing users. The following general conditions apply to all offers unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) is stated on the promotion page or in the offer communication.
• Bonuses must be wagered within the validity period specified. Unused bonus balance after the expiry date is forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• bdbagg reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements, and at what percentage. Live casino games, certain slots, and sports bets may contribute differently to bonus wagering.
• Bonuses obtained by providing false information, exploiting multiple accounts, or through any form of bonus abuse will be voided and the associated winnings forfeited.
• Free bet tokens have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only the net winnings generated from a free bet are withdrawable, subject to any stated wagering requirements.

bdbagg may modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time at its sole discretion. Where possible, we will provide advance notice via the platform or email. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of the promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on the bdbagg Platform:

• Sports betting: All bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as confirmed by the recognised governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a disputed result, bdbagg's decision is final, subject to a formal review process.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, abandoned, or if an error in the odds is identified prior to settlement. Void bets are refunded to your account balance in full.
• Errors in odds: In the event that a manifestly incorrect price is offered due to a technical or human error, bdbagg reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds. We will notify affected users by email.
• Casino and live dealer games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer operation. Game results are final once the round is complete.
• Disconnection policy: If you are disconnected from a live casino game or crash game mid-round, the round will be settled based on the outcome generated. bdbagg is not responsible for losses resulting from disconnection caused by your network or device.
• Bet limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed on each game or market page. bdbagg reserves the right to adjust limits at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdbagg Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of match-fixing or event manipulation.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Platform's software or content.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bdbagg staff or other users.

bdbagg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• A request for self-exclusion submitted by the account holder under our Responsible Gaming framework.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring us to restrict access.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bdbagg reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the user's own request and no breach is identified, any remaining balance above ৳500 will be returned to the user's verified payment method within 5 business days.

All content on the bdbagg Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bdbagg or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without express written permission from bdbagg. Violation of this clause may result in account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdbagg's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bdbagg is not liable for:

• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses due to technical failures, server downtime, or network interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses resulting from your use of third-party payment services, including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
• Any claim arising from your own negligence, dishonesty, or failure to secure your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence, or for any form of fraud or wilful misconduct by bdbagg.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to bdbagg's customer support team at [email protected] for informal resolution. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh. You waive any right to bring a class action or representative action against bdbagg in any jurisdiction.
